Green Beer pass the Irish Cheer
May those who love us, love us. And for those who don't love us, may God turn their hearts. And if he cannot turn their hearts, may he turn their ankles so we may know them by their limping.
- Irish Toast -
May your St. Patrick's Day be happy and fun.
Irish Coffee

3/4 cup Irish whiskey, or 1 shot per mug
Using an electric mixer, beat the cream with 1 tablespoon of sugar until soft peaks form. Set aside. (Hint: To get the best results chill beaters and a glass or metal bowl in the freezer for an hour before making the whipped cream.)
