Happy Earth Day

In my younger days this was an exciting day for me, almost like a holiday. I would be so prepared and have all sorts of things planned to do. I am sad to say that with being a woman with full time job and a family to care for my efforts for the earth have fallen drastically. I used to be the one planning clean-ups, raising money for earth friendly groups and being so careful of my impact on the planet. I try to do little things but am no where near what I used to be. Perhaps I need to reconsider my priorities and make a good example of myself for my children. I know I should do more correction: I know I can do more. Being a good steward is very important for the well being of us all.

Please try to do something earth friendly today. Even if that means recycling that soda can you normally toss in the trash.
