Journal Bear

Today Leah brought home a friend from school. Journal Bear goes home with a student a few times a week. The student will write an entry in Journal Bear's journal describing what she did with the student on her visit. Leah was so excited to show me the bear and tell me all about the important task ahead. We had fun looking at all of the previous entries.

When Journal Bear comes back to school the teacher reads the new entry to the class. How exciting it must be for the student. A wonderful way for them to learn about one another and encourage a communication between them all.

I wrote the entry and I hope it is taken well. I tried to make it interesting for the children.
