On to Durango

I enjoyed the drive to Durango. By far the best part of our drive is now. Through the typical Colorado landscape. So beautiful. I love the mountains the air is so fresh I miss that smell.

The cool mornings warming into sunny days as the mountain breezes waft the scent of sage all over you. The skies so blue and full of large puffy white clouds so close you feel you can reach them. How beautiful. Seeing it all makes my heart ache to return. How I enjoyed myself so much in the high country. One day we may return. I do miss the beauty. I just feel better here, some how I just feel complete inner peace here. I am going to miss feeling that. What is it about Colorado that makes me feel so happy and good? Oh yes, I remember no pollution, no irate drivers, no stress.......
