Think hard

As staffing changes I find it the perfect time to reflect on the current status of the library. Should we take this opportunity to make BIG changes to try new forms of services or shall we just keep going with the old system/ways?

Something inside me says make BIG changes and try a new approach to address the BIG needs of our client base. This is the time to shake things up and brave a new path in our library.

Now, who will help and can we do it?
