This week I have learned that....
The right kind of beer can taste good.
Hiking in the alpine is highly missed.
You'll never know what you'll come across in the forests of Colorado. All sorts of things.
First step is a doozy. (Hope you're feeling better Great-Grandma!)
When Santa takes a vacation he will wear shorts, red crocs, sunglasses, a Hawaiian shirt, and carry that big red bag too. He will take the time to say 'Hi' and make a child's day.
Getting up at 3am Denver time for a 6am flight will NOT affect the energy level of my children.
Seeing my girls greet their friends after being gone for two weeks is worth all the tired I feel.
