This week I have learned that....

Being a winter loving person is depressing when you live in a not so winter place. (When will I get to have some decent snow?)

If you are in an exhibit that has birds freely flying about always be aware of what is perching above you, and never look up because it could end up being gross. Just don't stand under trees.

You can park in a valet garage in Baltimore for less than we paid at the garage we parked in. We are sooo smart.

Having a hot bowl of soup on a cold day is a special treat.

I have to fight my way to cross the street at school, because apparently parents driving their kids to school have the right away not pedestrians.

Socks are not to be seen when worn. Ever.
