Books that we love

There are so many wonderful story books out there and if I had my way we'd have them all. We love books so much that I can't seem to get enough great stories. I've been trying to read books to the girls at bedtime. It's a habit I'd like to keep. We have been picking picture books because they have the perfect length for a quick read. I love illustrations. Choosing a good story with great pictures is so very important to me. These are some of the books we have been enjoying:

The Princess's Blankets by Carol Ann Duffy

The Quiltmaker's Gift by Jeff Brumbeau (I love this author and this is such a wonderful story)
