Cowl process

 

I began this cowl last winter. Still not done. I did get quite far knitting it only during soccer training but once the weather warmed I set it aside. I should have kept going so that it would be done but I wasn't thinking my pause would last months. Here we are into the last bit of fall and the cowl needs to be finished. I imagined using the whole skein of yarn but now I'm trying to figure out a faster way to finish this project. I tend to get this way with my knitting. Start strong and forget. Bring it back out and then seek ways to cut corners. Ok so cutting corners in many projects are not possible but with scarves and such I think it is possible. Possible or not really it's a matter of sitting down for an hour to crank out that last chunk of the project to get it complete.
