Tama sweater in Lime green
I'm working on a sweater for a friend's expected little boy. I have to admit that it seems as if 90% of my knitting is for baby girls. It is a good change to try something different. I have been struggling to find a good project for a baby boy. Most of the garments I see are not of my preference. They are nice of course but what I mean is that it should be functional and comfortable. I think I found that in this pattern, the Tama, by Kelly Broker. It's an easy top down knit. I do love the top down knitted sweaters. It is the best way to make a sweater to be more lengthy. I'm looking forward to see how this sweater turns out. I love this color way in the Ella Rae lace worsted merino wool.
