Career Day

Friday of Career Week at school is dress up as your dream profession. My little star gazer and dreamer of the big open sky couldn’t wait to wear her Astronaut gear. Wristwatch included! She frequently tells me that she will fly herself and a crew in a shuttle to find far away planet systems so they can moonwalk and build cities on new planets. Her dreams are big and exciting and all involve space and what the Universe has to explore. Unlike any of my daughters before her love of reference books are serious. She sleeps with her copy of National Geographic Kids Space Encyclopedia. She tells me she keeps it close because it lets her look at outer space any time of day. Today she gets to be an Astronaut looking to the skies dreaming of her future in space exploration. Look out NASA here comes the next generation of astronauts.
