Family Visit

Last weekend we were visiting family in Ohio. We spent the afternoon through evening at my Aunt and Uncle’s home. Swimming, tire swings, picking black raspberries, water gun fights, lots of friendly kitties, good company, and what seemed like thousands of fireflies. It was one of those perfectly delightful summer days that you love to remember. My cousins were there with kids which was fantastic! And what is more fun than making a massive mud pit?

The best berry picker in the family has been our foraging “bear” since she was three. Of course I found her snacking in the black raspberries. She lives for our summer visits.
