Summer Galletes

My favorite gift to bring to a housewarming party. Fruit galletes are a big hit and I love how it maximizes pie crust. With no pan to remember to take home they are also a great choice for the forgetful. Today I made my two favorites: blueberry peach and strawberry rhubarb. These are on their way to being enjoyed.
