Fighting the critters

Victory! I have claimed whole tomatoes for my own! Finally got out earlier than the stinker squirrels to harvest the tomatoes. Still they did manage to half eat three of the very best ones. Now that the last summer heat is on fire I dare say my tomatoes are quite done for the season. A few cherry varieties are continuing to produce but I’m unable to beat the birds to collect many. Looks like next year much of the garden will be under wraps of netting.
